Who is Dexet for?

Students recruiting into investment banking, private equity, hedge funds and asset management. It is built for how that recruiting works: a target list of firms, a lot of first emails, and follow-through.

Where does the data come from?

Firm bios, university pages, public search and what users tell us. Every fact keeps a link to where it was found. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Are the email addresses verified?

Not all of them, and each address says how it was found. If we do not have one, the row says so. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is suppressed across all of Dexet.

Does Dexet send email for me?

You approve the message before it is sent from your own mailbox. Gmail drafts open for you to send manually; Dexet does not send them through its servers. Outlook can use your browser session or a direct OAuth connection. Direct-connection tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke them through Google or Microsoft.

Does it record my calls?

Only when you start a capture, and the panel shows a live indicator the whole time it is running. You get the notes, the transcript and what each side promised. Transcripts are encrypted at rest and are yours to delete.

Is it free?

Signing up is free and you see every match — who they are is what costs: 25 people unlocked, total, whether you reveal them from a search or add them to a campaign. Non-identifying matching context stays visible. Sending needs Pro: $60 for the season, billed every 4 months, or $19.99 a month. Both renew automatically and can be canceled from Settings.

How is this different from LinkedIn?

LinkedIn tells you who exists. Dexet runs the process: it finds who matches what you typed, writes to each of them from your own experience, sends from your mailbox, follows up, prepares you for the call and keeps the relationship moving after it. No InMail.
